There are a number of conditions for which
HBOT is approved in Official circles. There are also a number of so-called
“Off-Label” conditions where HBOT has proved very successful but are not
Approved.
These and others treated at this facility are:
1. Bone
disorders, infection, inflammation and fractures that will not heal.
2. Compromised
skin flaps/grafts – when administered in time HBOT enhances blood vessel
growth and stimulates collagen production.
3.
Healing of difficult wounds, crush injuries and infected bones
4. Sports
injuries – the extra oxygen reaches damaged bone tissue, helps to speed the
body’s own natural healing process, thereby reducing recovery times for
various soft tissue injuries and bone fractures.
5.
Stroke.
6.
Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
7. Traumatic
Brain Injury (TBI).
8. Migraine.
